One number to build.
Three transparent lines to run.

No bundled fees, no hidden markups, no rev share. Skills-first means the trunk does the work — so the build is 70% less than conventional dev. The monthly is broken into the three things you're actually paying for: servers, model usage, and growth motion. Walk away with the code anytime.

— Section 01 · One-time Build

70% less than conventional dev.

You get a freelancer or agency proposal — or a code-first internal estimate. We deliver the same outcome — fork tuned to your idea, 13 specialist agents on day one, deployed on our infrastructure, advisor anthros pressure-testing the brief — for 30% of that number. You keep 100% of the IP.

70%
less than conventional · one-time

How it scales with project size.

The 70% cut holds up to about $30K of comparable conventional work. Above that, the build crosses into Door 03 (Enterprise) territory — talk to engineering for a custom scope.

Door 03
— Section 02 · Monthly Run

Three lines, three honest cost drivers.

Most platforms hide hosting, model usage, and growth costs inside one opaque "platform fee." We don't. Each line below is priced against a real underlying cost, with a clear explanation of what scales it. You see exactly what you're paying for.

→ LINE 01

Server & platform

5–10%
of build cost · per month

For a $3,000 build, this is roughly $150–300/mo. For a $7,500 build, $375–750/mo.

  • Hosting on our infrastructure — no AWS/Vercel account to wrangle
  • Agent runtime — the agents stay running, not just on demand
  • Trunk upgrades — your fork inherits weekly improvements automatically
  • Maintenance — bug fixes, small adjustments, dependency updates included
  • Quoted as a single fixed number on your proposal, not a range
→ LINE 02

LLM credits

Pass-through
no markup baked in

You pick: BYO key (you bring an Anthropic or OpenAI account, pay the provider directly), or managed (we run the key, you pay credits consumed plus a small ops fee).

  • BYO key — for technical founders or teams already at volume pricing
  • Managed — default for everyone else; we handle key rotation, billing, and model deprecations
  • Model deflation flows to you — when prices drop, your bill drops
  • Typical founder monthly: ~$50–200, depending on agent activity
  • You see the actual usage every month — no opaque "AI fee" line

GTM motion

Baseline + tiers
opt-in · pay for what you run

The marketing/sales agents that actually drive growth — outbound, ad campaigns, social cadence, lead enrichment. Optional but enabled by default; downgrade or turn off any time.

  • Baseline— outbound & social agents running, ad accounts configured, ~100 sends/mo
  • Tier 1 — up to ~500 sends/mo for founders actively ramping a channel
  • Tier 2 — up to ~2,000 sends/mo for founders with a working channel scaling up
  • Ad spend is your money flowing to Meta/Google — pass-through, never bundled
  • See the GTM tier table below for actual prices

"Sends" means outbound emails, DMs, or platform messages dispatched on your behalf. Ad spend is separate and flows directly from you to the ad platforms — we never mark it up.

— Section 03 · Optional Add-Ons

Two ways to raise the floor.

Most founders don't need either of these. They exist because the founders who do need them, really need them — and we'd rather price them honestly than hide them.

→ ADD-ON · PARTNER

Pair with a human developer.

A real person on the 1nceptionAI engineering side, paired to your fork. Weekly check-in. On-call for blocking issues. Accountable for the system staying healthy. Handles the "I need to talk to a human about this" moments.

Right for you if:you don't have a technical co-founder, you're shipping into a regulated workflow, or you just sleep better knowing someone is on the other end of the line.

From $1,500–3,000/mo
→ ADD-ON · EXPORT

Take the code on your way out.

Full code repository. Deployment instructions. Schema, environment, dependencies. Everything you need to run the product on your own infrastructure if you decide to leave. No questions asked.

Right for you if:you want lock-in protection on day one, you're being acquired and the buyer wants the IP, or you've grown to a team that wants to bring it in-house.

What the full bill looks like.

Three founder profiles. Same pricing structure. Different totals based on project complexity, GTM ambition, and LLM usage. Bring this to a side-by-side with any agency or in-house code-first proposal you have on your desk.

In every case, the equivalent code-first / agency-built path costs roughly 2.5–3× more in year one — once you account for hosting, the part-time dev retainer, change-request hours, and the marketing tooling that nobody told you was a separate budget line.

— Section 05 · Real Questions

Things you'll want to ask before signing.

How is this 70% less? What's the catch?

No catch — it's the trunk. Because every fork inherits upgrades from a shared trunk we improve weekly, our marginal cost to maintain you is dramatically lower than a code-first build rebuilt from zero each engagement. We pass that structural advantage to the price. The catch is the inverse: you have to be okay running on our infrastructure. If that's a dealbreaker, the Export add-on is your escape hatch.

What's included in "maintenance"?

Bug fixes, dependency updates, small adjustments (copy changes, layout tweaks, adding a field, swapping a payment provider) — all included in the Server & platform line. Substantive new functionality (a whole new module, a major integration, a pivot) is a scope-change mini-build at the same 70%-off logic. We tell you upfront which bucket your request falls into.

What happens if I hate it after a month?

Cancel the monthly run fee anytime. The fork stops, the agents stand down. If you want the code, take the Export add-on (50% of build cost) and we hand you the repo plus deployment instructions. No retention pressure, no penalty, no "let me get my manager."

Why are you more expensive than Lovable, Bolt, or Polsia?

Different category. Those are vibe-coding tools or autonomous experiments meant for spraying ideas. We're a skills-first build for one serious idea — pre-launch interrogation, governance you control, real maintenance, real accountability. If a $49/mo tool is the right fit, use it.When you're ready to ship something you actually believe in, we're cheaper than the conventional quote you'd otherwise approve. See the full comparison.

Who owns the IP?

You do. 100%. The skills authored for your fork, the configurations, the data, the brand assets — yours. The shared trunk that powers your fork is ours, but you have no obligation around it; if you Export and run on your own infrastructure, you take a snapshot of the code as-is and we lose no sleep over it.

What's the BYO LLM key for vs. managed?

If you're a technical founder with an existing Anthropic or OpenAI account at volume pricing, bring it. You'll save 10–15% over managed. If you're not, take managed — we run the key, handle billing, rotate when models deprecate. Default for ~80% of founders.

What does the GTM motion actually do?

Outbound (cold email and platform DMs at the volume in your tier), social posting cadence (LinkedIn, X, etc.), ad-account configuration and monitoring (Meta, Google), and lead enrichment for the contacts you target. The agents run continuously; you set the strategy in your dashboard. Ad spend is your money — flows directly from your card to the ad platform, never through us.

Can I downgrade or pause the GTM motion?

Yes, monthly. Most founders ramp from Baseline to Tier 1 in month two or three; some pause GTM entirely while iterating on product-market fit. The Server & platform line stays the same regardless.

Do I really need the Partner add-on?

Most founders don't.The agents handle most of what a part-time dev would handle, and the Server & platform line covers the maintenance. The Partner is for founders shipping into regulated workflows, founders with a non-technical background who want a human accountability surface, or founders who just sleep better that way. If you're not sure, start without it — you can add it any time.

What's the typical timeline from sign-up to live product?

Questionnaire and idea review with the advisor anthros: ~48 hours. Initial fork live with site, payments, and core product loop: 1–2 weeks. Iteration to MVP-quality: 2–4 weeks total. Compare this to 6–12 weeks for a typical agency MVP after the contract signs.
